Important pricing details & product information:
¹ Warranty Coverage – Applies only to repairs and parts installed by GoFix. Normal wear items (including but not limited to tires, brake pads, wipers, filters, bulbs, and fluids) are excluded. All warranty work must be performed by GoFix and is non-transferable. Coverage is void if repairs are performed, altered, or tampered with by another shop, individual, or unauthorized party. Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, or downtime.
² Road Hazard Warranty – Applies only to tires purchased and installed by GoFix during active membership. Covers repair or pro-rated replacement of the affected tire only. Wheels, suspension components, alignments, or damage caused by off-road use, commercial use, racing, or vehicle modifications are excluded. Coverage is limited to the original purchaser, non-transferable, and subject to inspection and approval by GoFix.
³ Annual Health Check & Tire Rotations – Limited to one per 12-month period per covered vehicle. Health Check is an inspection service only; no fluids, parts, or repairs are included. Any recommended repairs are billed separately. Tire rotations are included only when performed alongside a paid oil change. If scheduled as a stand-alone service, a standard service call fee will apply. Unused services expire at the end of each membership year and do not roll over. Services cannot be combined or banked for future use.
⁴ Member Specials & Events – Discounts, promotions, and events are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions are considered a courtesy and may not always be available. Events are at GoFix’s discretion and may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled at any time without liability.
⁵ Rewards Points – Members earn 1 Point for every $100 spent (before tax) on eligible services and repairs. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed toward future GoFix services at GoFix’s discretion. Points may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless stated. Unused points expire 12 months after they are earned or upon membership cancellation/termination, whichever comes first. GoFix reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without notice.
Catch-All Clause
GoFix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, terms, services, pricing, and conditions at any time without prior notice. All memberships are tied to the enrolled vehicle’s VIN and are non-transferable except in the event of vehicle ownership transfer, subject to GoFix approval. Memberships are billed as specified in the signed contract; unused services, canceled services, or early cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits. All services are subject to technician availability, parts availability, and GoFix approval. GoFix is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or coverage limitations.
